Pumpkin Pie

1 C. sugar      1 tbsp. flour
1 16 oz can of pumpkin puree
2 eggs beaten    1 can Milnot
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch of salt      1 pie shell

Sift sugar, flour, salt, and spice together. Make a a well in the middle of dry ingredients then add eggs, milnot, and pumpkin. Stir together until combined and pour into the pie shell (dough). You will need to bake the pie at 450 F for 10 min and then reduce the heat to 350 F. Continue to bake the pie for another 30-40 minutes.

I love pumpkin pie so I would personally just eat the eggs and dairy in it as to not screw with its awesomeness but you could replace the eggs with 1/2 cup silken tofu and use soy milk instead of Milnot.
