3 C. flour 1 tsp. salt
1 heaping C. shortening
1 egg beaten 6 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
combine all together, knead, and roll out.
For vegan crust simply replace egg with egg replacer or half a mashed banana and make sure to use all vegetable shortening.
